Perhaps a Nothing Phone (1) Lite is on the Horizon?

If Nothing's love of brackets in its names had you thinking that the business might release the Nothing Phone (2) as its next smartphone, well... Maybe not. According to a recent report, the Nothing Phone (1) will have a "lite" version sister before it gets a successor.

The only differences between this and the Nothing Phone (1) would be a plain glass back (no fancy LED Glyph Interface) and the absence of wireless charging. According to the same source, the "light" model would come with a 42W charger in the package even though it would still support 33W charging.

What's worth is that Nothing has disputed the existence of such a thing. Despite this, speculations continue to circulate that the "light" Nothing will be less expensive than the Phone (1), which makes logical given the two functionalities that were omitted. According to "some indications," the new phone would cost INR 24,999 ($316 or €308) for a model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage in India. For comparison, the current Nothing Phone (1) has 8GB of RAM and begins at INR 32,999 ($417 or €407).
